Thank you for expressing an interest in our adult (individuals over 55 years of age) manufactured homes community overlooking the scenic hills surrounding Conesus Lake, just south of Rochester, NY.

A total of 175 lot sites are planned on approximately 70 acres of land. We are developing this community unlike any current development offering similar manufactured homes.

Our manufactured ranch-style homes feature fully drywalled interiors, vinyl siding, attached garages, and blacktop driveways. Our home sites are very spacious and all homes are set back a minimum of 30 feet from the road.

The site fee includes grass mowing, road snow removal, garbage collection, street lighting, land taxes and development maintenance costs.

As a home buyer, you will be offered the opportunity to customize your home to your own personal satisfaction, including interior decorating, bay windows, fireplaces, exteriors, etc. Many options are available when ordering.

We have some models on site, although many floor plans are available to select from when ordering. Numerous home options are on display in our models. All models on site are FOR SALE and are available for immediate occupancy.
